Update:

The big news is that as of AUGUST 1, 2010 we are in our beautiful new location at 1369 East Lafayette Street. We are on the service road off Lafayette Street, half a block west of Pier One and next door to the Clothesline. MAP TO NAMASTÉ YOGA

Our new location provides us with ample space to offer more classes and plenty of parking. We now have two yoga class spaces called the Shanti Room and the OM Room. Each classroom has its own entrance. So as you choose the classes you wish to attend, please note in which one your choice is located. For Shanti classes, you take the left entrance; for OM classes, the right entrance. We are so pleased to be able to offer you an even greater variety of yoga classes. Please join us soon!

COSTS

Passes may be purchased as follows:
5 classes: $50
10 classes: $90
20 classes: $160
Monthly, unlimited: $125, no sharing or transfers
Lunchtime Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Yoga Play: $10 per class
Restorative Yoga: Drop-in $15; 4 classes for $48

With the exception of the monthly pass, all passes may be shared or transferred and expire after three months. No refunds or credit for expired passes.

Purchase passes at Namasté from any instructor at any class.

Studio Rental

Namasté Yoga is available for rental for classes, workshops and events. Email Ellen Shapiro for info.

Preparing for Classes

Eat lightly or not at all for at least 2 hours before class. Dress in comfortable, loose clothing. Some mats and blankets are available, but you may want to bring your own and a bottle of water. We also have ties and props. For heated classes, please bring a large towel to cover your mat and a small towel for wiping.
