Finding Your Yoga

Each class will present a series of poses and preparatory poses to increase awareness, flexibility, range of movement, and strength. Care is taken to individually assist in comfortable entry to asanas and in finding the right place to work. All classes will emphasize mobilizing the spine and coordinating movement with breath. The goal is to attain a clear, calm and tranquil mind. Each class will end is Savasana (corpse pose).
