Healing Hot Yoga

Mondays 8:15–9:45 a.m.
A healing series of postures and breathwork, repeated each time, done in a heated room. Challenging and invigorating, rejuvenating and uplifting. The postures are done standing and on the floor, but do not include Sun Salutations or any pressure on the wrists. Each pose is a challenge based on your personal abilities, so this class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. You will be thrilled with how good you can feel!
