Tuesdays, 7:15–8:45 p.m.
This class offers a dynamic, heated, vinyasa flow practice that links breath to movement. Emphasis is placed on building strength and flexibility, while maintaining mindful alignment of muscles, bones and joints. This energetic practice will activate the prana inside, bringing a sensation of lightness into the body, calm into the mind, and an overall renewed sense of well-being. Modifications for poses will be given, but some prior yoga experience is encouraged.
