For the newcomer to yoga, and anyone interested in learning about the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. This class covers basic yoga poses, and emphasizes maintaining the alignment of the body, leading to greater flexibility, increased strength, and a general feeling of well-being. Drop-ins welcome.
