Yoga in the Iyengar Tradition, Level 2

Continuing in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, students work on a greater variety of poses, striving for good alignment, and for dynamic action in each part of the body. Inversions, such as shoulder stand and headstand, are a regular part of the class.
