Kundalini Yoga and Gong

Yoga of awakening to one’s unlimited creative potential and awareness of one’s consciousness. Each class consists of a kriya (exercise set of postures) and meditation using chanting, eye focus, hand gestures and/or breathwork, followed by relaxation accompanied by a symphonic gong for deep healing. Monday and Friday classes are suitable for all levels, including those with no meditation or yoga experience. The Tuesday class moves at a faster pace than the other Kundalini classes, so some prior experience is helpful. firstname.lastname@example.org
