Using breath and postures together, this class will invigorate you by using the vinyasa technique of connecting the movements in a flowing manner. Although each class will vary, this flow of movement will often center around the surya namaskar (sun salutation) sequence, and will always include some core postures. Most suitable for those will some yoga experience, this class will help you increase your strength, flexibility, balance and posture - and start your day off with energy!
