Yoga for Beginners

Mondays 1:00–2:30 p.m.

This class will carefully introduce basic poses from the following: standing, forward bending, arm balance, backbending, seated and twisting, inversion, core strenth as well as mudras, bandhas, pranyama (breathing) and restorative. Individual attention will be paid to allow for entering each pose with comfort and ease, using props for support. Encouragement and suggestions will also be given for developing a home practice.
