Wednesdays 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Yoga for Beginners introduces 20 basic yoga postures over a 13-week curriculum that repeats four times a year. The five Yamas, or moral codes or restraints, and the Niyamas (also five), observances or attitudes, will also be introduced one at a time.
