Ashtanga Yoga—Full Primary Series

A class for experienced Ashtangis or intermediate level yoga practitioners. Knowledge of asana, ujayii pranayama, and bandhas encouraged. This is a vigorous, fast paced class. If you are uncertain whether this class is appropriate for you, we recommend you try the Happy Hour Yoga—Ashtanga Primary Series, Short Form class on Friday evenings. Please hydrate before class and come prepared to sweat!
