Revitalize and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit with this intense power yoga flow. Follow your intuition and intention as you move through challenging postures, different each class, in the heated room. Enjoy the exhilaration and cleansing effects of sweating as you attune to the dynamic flow of prana, life force energy, with postures that focus especially on developing core strength. This class combines a strong emphasis on alignment details with a joyful embrace of the freedom to move from intuition and inner guidance. The results include increased endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. The practice promotes deep feelings of inner peace—the true heart of yoga. We conclude with deep relaxation to harmonize body and mind. Saturday class includes an optional 20-minute silent meditation immediately after class. Accessible to beginners as well as more experienced students, free from current physical challenges. Please hydrate before class. Come prepared for a vigorous workout, and bring water and a towel.
