Dynamic and Alive

Mondays. 5:30–7:00 p.m.

Designed to explore the territory where body, mind and spirit meet physically, emotionally and spiritually. Using the principles of hatha yoga in a dynamic sequence to cultivate flexibility, strength and balance we will develop freedom, peace and equanimity. Classes will combine the use of relaxation, movement, breathing, meditation and deep rest as we attune to the inner landscape of our being. Suitable for those with previous yoga experience and free from current physical challenges.
