Early Morning Yoga

Tuesdays 6:15–7:30 a.m. September 2–23 (4 classes)
and
Thursdays 6:15–7:30 a.m. September 4–25 (4 classes).

Treat yourself to a great start for the day. This series of classes will explore the edges of our bodies, minds and souls. It will be progressive in nature, challenging those at any level to observe their limits. Classes will combine breathwork and yoga postures in a meditative way to promote strength, stamina, flexibility and a sense of inner peace. Bring a towel and water bottle.
