Gentle and Rejuvenating Yoga

Gentle, soothing yoga to calm, focus, and energize. As we slow down and give ourselves permission to do less, we experience a sense of safety and self-acceptance that keeps us in the present moment, supporting growth and healing from deep within. This is a gentle, nurturing practice suitable for everyone, including those who are recovering from illness, injury, stress, life crisis, grief or exhaustion.

Join us to wind down your weekend peacefully and give yourself a fresh start for your week ahead. Great for beginners wanting a gentle introduction to yoga, as well as for seasoned practitioners who wish to deepen their practice. All ages welcome.
