Stretch, open, strengthen, and balance the body/mind/emotions with this moderate yoga flow of postures and breathwork. Learn to effortlessly revitalize and let go of stress. Includes instruction on movements that increase core strength and stability. Many modifications are offered to make the postures accessible to everyone, and students are encouraged to adapt the postures to their own bodies and physical condition. Deep relaxation/meditation concludes the class. You will leave feeling peaceful, refreshed and uplifted.
