Stretch, open, strengthen, and balance the body/mind/emotions with this moderate yoga flow of postures and breathwork. Learn to effortlessly revitalize and let go of stress. Includes instruction on movements that increase core strength and stability. Many modifications are offered to make the postures accessible to everyone, and students are encouraged to adapt the postures to their own bodies and physical condition. Deep relaxation/meditation concludes the class. Emphasis is on moving with awareness and acceptance, leading to increased feelings of inner peace and attunement. Appropriate for all levels. Please hydrate before class, and bring a towel and water bottle. You will leave feeling peaceful, refreshed and uplifted.
