Yoga Flow
with Marianna Tutwiler
Tuesdays 5:30–7:00 p.m.
In this class, suitable for all levels, including beginners, we will use the basic yoga practices of breathing postures, attention and intention, in a meditative flow to develop strength and flexibility. Poses are taught in a clear, step by step manner offering modifications as needed. Classes will conclude with a short relaxation and time to integrate the experience.
