Yoga in the Iyengar Tradition

Thursdays 7:30–9:00 p.m. A July 3 class will be offered if enough students pre-register. July 10–August 28. (6 classes) No class on July 24, July 31, or August 9.
This class focuses on balancing the dynamic movements of the body, so that each part of the body works in harmony. The use of props encourages the maximum benefit from a pose. The poses increase flexibility, and build strength, thus improving health and creating peace of mind.
